Auction Service

• Per  car    >>>> JPY 100,000
  • We keep the deposit until we buy the car.

We will email you the vehicles which are available on the auction system.
You can select one of them and agreed on a maximum CIF amount.

• If succeed
  • We will inform you with the final CIF price. If we buy the car for a lower price then, that will be the CIF price.
  • We send you the PRO-FORMA INVOICE to open LC.
  • Send us the BALANCE immediately to our JAPAN account via a secured money transfer agent within 03 working days after buying the car. If you failed to send the BALANCE amount your order will be cancelled and your DEPOSIT will not be refunded.

Eg.; CIF            1000,000 yen
PRO-FORMA INVOICE    750,000 yen
BALANCE              250,000 yen

• IF not succeed
  • We will inform you the reason. You can select another car.

We will arrange the earliest shipment once we received all the documents of the car from the auction house.
Please make sure to open the LC 04 days before the shipment and please send us the LC details by email.

Once the ship leaves JAPAN, we will send all the original documents to your bank.

• INVOICE
• BILL  OF LADING
• EXPORT CERTIFICATE(in both English and Japanese)
• INSUARENCE DOCUMENT
• JAAI CERTIFICATE
• MILEAGE VERIFICATION CERTIFICATE

Your bank will contact you once the original documents arrived. Please collect the documents as soon as possible and handover to your clearing agent.  If you couldn’t found a clearing agent please contact us.

* CANCEL THE ORDER
DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE before we buy the car from the auction. For the cancellation please send us an email immediately and contact us over the phone to confirm the cancellation before the auction date.

After we buy the car deposit is not refundable for any reason.
